d. Calculate the phase velocity of the wave, and find anexpression for the time-average power in the line, as a function ofdistance, z , where V_0 = 13.7 V.

e. Find the distance from z = 0 over which the wave power isreduced by 10dB, and evaluate the power in mW at that location.
