Deontological ethics: \"in philosophy, ethicaltheories that place special emphasis on the relationship betweenduty and the morality of human actions.\" (Encyclopidia Britannica,2018).
Kantian ethics: Believed that it was our willto do the right thing. As the phrase goes \"The Goodwill\" meaningthat anything we do can be used for good or bad, the goodwill mustbe good within itself.
Natural Law Theory: Descended from the theoristThomas Aquinas, he believed that god pre-loaded us with all thetools we need to know whats right.
Divine command theory: the belief of what ismoral and what is immoral is commanded by the divine whether it besome gods or one god. The foundation of this ethical theory is thegod. If you need an answer to something, \"ask God. This theorybelieves that morality itself comes from God.\"
What the similarities between the three schools of thought allhave in common is the belief of what is right in our eyes. They allpertain to the specific decisions of what us as humans wouldconsider right from wrong and good from bad. It also relates to oneanother because they all pertain to the morality of good/ bad orright/wrong.
