She is unable to work or care for their 4 year olddaughter. The daughter has exhibited many signs of childhooddepression and is often sick. The father’s job has been severelyaffected by his own grief and depression. He often has to call insick to care for his wife and daughter.

He needs financial assistance to help pay medical bills and in-home- care for his wife and daughter. He has fallen behind in hismortgage payments and fears losing the house. He may lose his job.He has come to your law office to seek assistance.
