An experiment was conducted to determine if there was a meandifference in weight for women based on type of aerobics exerciseprogram participated (low impact vs. high impact). Body mass index(BMI) was used as a blocking variable to represent below, at, orabove recommended BMI. The data are shown as follows. Conduct atwo-factor randomized block ANOVA (alpha = .05) and Bonferroni MCPsusing SPSS to determine the results of this study.
