Suppose that a survey reveals that first-graders from variousethnic groups in a local school hold prejudiced attitudes towardone another. Imagine that you have been hired to develop a programto help these children become less prejudiced and more accepting ofmembers of other ethnic groups.
Write a one-page description of two or three classroomactivities that would help you accomplish this goal andtell why you think they would work. Do youthink these activities could be successful in eliminating allprejudiced thinking in the children? Why or whynot?
