S entreg solo 95 sacos tergiversando deliberadamente que la entrega consista en 100 sacos de arroz. B puede pedir al tribunal que anule el contrato por fraude? Explicar. 5.) Existe una aceptacin absoluta cuando el comprador dice: "S, estoy interesado en comprar su automvil, pero no puedo pagar el precio que pide, bjelo a P500,000 y es un trato!". Explica tu respuesta.
