No adjustment was made to reflect the fair value. dh 1 January x8, Rojak bought 80 percent of the issued ordinary shares of Juice. The cost of the business combination was an immediate cash payment of RM800,000, further cash payment of RM484,000 in two jears time and an issue of 150,000 ordinary shares in Rojak.
