I have an assignment where I have to agreed with this paragraph below and explain why I agreed with it ?
My proposal will be for my community as I will be creating a proposal for more and better lighting in my neighborhood. I will be directing this proposal to my apartment complex manager with fellow neighbors in mind as a potential audience too. Additional research I will look to conduct is the comfort good lighting can provide for people, the relationship lighting has to crime and lastly, the relationship lighting has with animals. I will hope to find ways good lighting can make people feel more comfortable and safe, lower crimes such as break-ins, and prevent animals like raccoons from roaming a neighborhood at night
