I need a design of Up/Down Logic Counter
Brief information about the techniques to be used in theexperiment will be given.
The stages of the design problem and what will be done in thesestages will be specified. (state diagram, state tables, stateassignments, output and state equations, implementation with gatesand flip flops and so on.)
Material equipment list to be used in the implementation of theexperiment will be provided.
In the section where the test result will be explained, thestudent will be asked to comment on the results of theexperiment.
