I own a small manufacturing company and make all types of hunting gear from decoys to garments. I am concerned that products are not being charged the correct amount of overhead and am thinking about the use ABC company for allocating overhead. I thing we are too small to use ABC comany and that it will cost more than it is worth. How do you advise me on this on thebasis of activity-based costing and management?
