As per the section 48 of the customs act it is said that the goods that are unloaded at a custom station has to be disposed within 30 days of its arrival If it is related to perishable goods it can be sold off at any time and if it relates to arms and ammunitions it can be sold off only with the prior permission of the central government If the items cannot be sold off within the time frame it has to be disposed off which is also clearly stated in the given section Thus this section would make    See Answer
