In January 2017, the Auditor General (KAN) reported that Felda Carviative Sdn Bhd (FCSB) had spent RM47.61 million on fish farming projects in Pahang, but returns including from sturgeon farming and technology transfer were not realized as a result of the project delay. In this regard, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has detained 3 former officers and 2 Felda officers to assist in the investigation.
