The projectcould (but need not) involve an existing or a newtransformation project that yourgroup member’s organization is involved in, or it may bea projectfrom the past, but pleaseensure early on that you have adequate access to information foryour project. For the purposes of this project assignmenttherefore, a small, manageable aspect/project/ case is clearlybetter than a large, ill-defined businesscase.
