The jury found the negligence of the defendant and the plaintiff on the breach of implied warranty fitness for human consumption. The jury awarded damages to plaintiff in the amount of $3,500 and consequential damages to plaintiff, Eddie F. Young, in the amount of $500. I support the court ruling because it is the mistake made by Coca-Cola during the production process, and the mistake affects the health of the customer. Coca-Cola company has its responsibility to make sure their product is not contaminated.
