1.) For many organizations, objective performance data (such asproduction figures) is preferred rather than subjective data whenit comes to assessing the performance of employees. While this mayseem like a no-brainer approach to use objective data forperformance management, it does have its drawbacks. Discuss some ofthe reasons objective data may be less effective as a performancemeasure than subjective data.
