The patient was positivefor metastasis to the mediastinal lymph node. Fiber bronchoscopicbiopsy revealed squamous cell carcinoma in the left lobe and SCLCin the right lobe. Additionally, the pharmacogenomic testingrevealed mutations in RAS because of which the RAS signaling is ONall the time.
