They purchased two desktops and furniture at a total cost of 2,00,000/-.During the first year of operations they could generate a revenue of 3,00,000 out of which 50,000 is yet to be collected from their clients. They paid rent for all 12 months. They also paid 20,000 for advertisement. They paid other operating expenses of 30,000.
