Rohan Singh defaulted in paying the instalments from March to April 2021 and the company sent a notice to repossess the car on 8 May 2021. On 14 May 2021, Suka Hati Finance heard rumours that Rohan Singh had become insolvent. They immediately repossessed the car on 20 May 2021.
