Scenario Question.
Omani company for investment ( OCI ), is one of the biggestbusiness company in Oman, it has diverse varieties of investment,one of these businesses is an old tower building, 20 floors locatedin Seeb area used as offices by multiple companies.
OCI decided to change the purpose of the building to aresidential building, so it started to plan to demolish thebuilding through one of its construction company.
The location description of the building is located in a verycrowded area, the main gate of the building opening to the mainroad in the North direction, East and West directions of thebuilding attached to two buildings, the South direction of thebuilding is next to a wadi. after the company communicated its planto all governmental authorities, the municipality requested thatthe work should be finish in a very short time due to the nature ofthe area.
