Select any job, assistantship, internship (paid or un-paid), orvolunteer position. Briefly list the primary responsibilities ofsomeone in this position. Assume that you have 30-45 minutes forthe question/answer portion of the interview. Develop a list ofquestions that you will use to select from candidates for thisposition. You should primarily use structured questions. You canalso include unstructured questions if you choose, but no more that20% of questions should be unstructured. Note any statements youwill make during the interview and/or information you will providedto applicants during this question/answer session.
