Complaint about a purchased product and poor servicereceived.
I need to complaint about a chocolate bar and the poor service ofthe regional outlet of
Maharagama. I bought a bar of your “Dark Fantasy Delight” chocolateat my
neighbourhood from your regional outlet. It was a Monday and thedate was on 15th July
2020. The chocolate bar was not in good condition. I want a properanswer and my money
back.
The chocolate bar I bought was all mouldy with little white specksin it. Of course, the
chocolate was on the shelf. Anyway, I unwrapped the wrapper and atea piece, it was
absolutely disgusting and made me sick to my stomach. I went to theregional outlet and
told them about my incident, but nobody took me seriously. I showedthem the chocolate
bar also. Yet, they didn’t do anything about it for a weeknow.
If you don’t give me my money or send me a reply back, I think thatI’ll go to my lawyer
and have him start legal proceedings against you and your chocolatecompany.
Sometimes your manufacturers of chocolate bars think that you canget away with murder!
You’d better send me better solution.
I want an answer and I want it fast.
