2HCl + Na2CO3 ----> 2NaCl + CO2 +H2O

no of moles of Na2CO3 = weight of substance/Gram molecular weight

                                     = 0.8647/105.9891

                                      = 0.00815 moles

From balanced equation

1 mole of Na2CO3 react with 2moles of HCl

0.00815 moles of Na2CO3 react with = 2*0.00815 =0.0163 moles of HCl

Molarity      = no of moles*1000/volume in ml

                  = 0.0163*1000/42.4

                  = 0.3844±0.0006M

molarity = 0.3844±0.0006M
