a. 1 liter of a solution containing: 0.5 M sucrose, 0.05 M NaCl,0.02 M KH2PO4.
b. 100 ml of 10% SDS, 1M NaCl.
c. 40 ml 0.5% agarose in 1X TAE solution (calculate for bothagarose and 1X TAE).
