On Iebnuary 1,Sam,whu owned a used car basiness, offered to sell four used Bondh au mobiles o iler, for the total price of $40,000 March 1 On February 3, Bill sent to Sam the following signed letter: "I accept your offer for the four used Hondas, and will pay for them 45 days after delivery." Sam did not respond to this letter. On March 1, Sam delivered the four Hondas to Bill, but when Bill refused to pay upon delivery, Sam took the Hondas back to his (Sam's) place of business. Bill contends that according to the contract, he had 45 days to pay for the Hondas Sam now sues Bill for damages for breach of contract. Judgment for Whom? Explain fully
