The reaction between sulphuric acid and potassium hydroxide is
an example of neutralisation reaction between a base and an acid to
give salt and water. The reaction is:
H2SO4Â Â +Â Â Â KOH
                                                 Â
K2SO4Â Â Â + H2O
For any titration we know that:
           Â
                         M1V1
= M2V2,
Here, M1 = molarity of KOH = ?, V1 =
volume of KOH = 15 mL,
        Â
M2 = molarity of sulphuric acid = 0.0250, V2
= volume of sulphuric acid = 17 mL.
by putting the values, we get the value of M1 =
0.0283M.
Therefore, the molarity of KOH is
0.0283MÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
