We are introduced to the magnetic field as a way to keep trackof the force that arises from lenght contraction in specialrelativity. A moving distribution of charge becomes more dense inthe right frame. So in a way, the magnetic field is just theE-field. However, when I glance over the physics of permanentmagnets, it is said that their magnetic field arises from theintegral sum of their electrons with aligned spin(which generates amagnetic moment).Spin is quantized fundamental property ofelementary particles, analoguous(but not the same as) angularmomentum of rotation.(Point like particles don't rotate). So what isthe magnetic field? How do these two views are reconciled?
