We have been hired to develop a sales training course for 250sales associates that will be working the floor of an electronicsshop. This will be our first endeavor in retail training, sowe mustadapt one of our existing training models and customize it to meetthe needs of the customer. The company’s electronic shop departmenthas a high volume of sales. As a result they need to develop atraining course for 250 sales associates to provide sales managerswith proven skills, knowledge and tools they need to drive bottomline performance.This program covers five critical sales managementabilities: behavior-based interviewing, managing sales performance,managing the sales pipeline, sales coaching, and sales leadership.It will be delivered on-site, online, or blended and includespost-training reinforcement to ensure real-world skills applicationand adoption.
