4) A barista named Linda, who has been working for you for 2 years, has quit because one of the other owners was constantly criticizing her for working too slowly when preparing the coffees. Linda was also upset when she was asked to mop the floors after closing, a task which was not part of her original job duties when she was hired. Discuss whether Linda had the right to reasonable notice when she quit her job?
5) You decided to terminate another barista named Sally. On many occasions she was coming to work drunk. On a couple of occasions Sally's coworker had advised you that Sally may have a drinking problem with alcohol. What are your employment obligations to Sally?
6) And finally. you and your partners, have invented a container that preserves coffee beans at the perfect temperature depending on the type of coffee bean you are storing. You are wondering how you can protect your invention from other business's copying your idea for their coffee shops?
