You are a middle level manager and during the last few weeks youhave experienced several communication problems which have madeyour job more difficult. Reflecting on the information in chapter12, you realize there could and should be changes in your companyto improve communication.
You will write a memo to your boss, the V.P. In this (minimum of400 word) memo you will:
o describe the importance of effective communicationin the organization
o identify three specific and significant areaswhere you find ineffective communication (you can create any threeproblem areas), and
o for each of the three communication problemscreate an action plan describing how you believethis problem can be corrected. The action plan would includeanswers to who, what, where, when, and how.
You must be persuasive and convince the V.P. to implement theseactions in your department and/or company wide
