- Ron Robin is a salesperson for the firm. As part of hisbenefits, he is given a country club membership and is expected toentertain Springtime clients at the club, including golf and tennisgames. One Saturday, Ron takes a client, Barbara Bluebird, and twoof his close friends (non clients) golfing. While Ron and Barbaradiscuss a bit of business at the beginning of the game, most of thegame is spent joking and socializing. Ron trips in a deep hole onthe golf course and breaks his leg. Ron has filed for workerscompensation; the VP has asked you to evaluate Ron’s claim todetermine whether Springtime should dispute the claim.
