Thus, with an average weight of100 lbs per freight load, this elevator can only support a personweighing a maximum of 150 lbs. Springtime has a sign thatspecifically forbids any employee weighing more than 150 lbs fromusing the elevator to the third floor, which is used to houseinventory. Please evaluate whether this policy violates TitleVII.
