You are the onsite administrator for an office- share site. People rent office space and meeting rooms to conduct their business. The site has a shared kitchen and dining room area, including a fridge where lunches can be placed. The policy is that all food must be removed by end of day on Friday, as the cleaning crew come in on a Saturday, but are not permitted to handle the food, therefore the fridge cannot get cleaned properly. The policy also is that people clean up after themselves. The fridge is becoming disgusting with all the uncovered food, expired milk and left over food. Some people are also not cleaning up after they have eaten, just leaving plates in the sink or takeaway containers on the tables.
