A hair dryer is a hand-held device that accelerates the hair dryingprocess by blowing out high velocity hot air.
a) Identify the primary function of the hair dryer. Develop afunctional tree diagram (fast diagram).
b) Identify and group the stakeholders. Propose and discussstrategies for identifying the customer needs.
c) Propose a performance requirement relating to each of thefollowing: airflow, surface temperature and exit air temperature(three requirements in total). Identify verification categories andmethods for each of those requirements – justify your choice.Ensure that you use appropriate requirement terminology.
