AB+ positive blood group has all the
antigens, A, B as well as Rh factor, but no antibodies, hence it
can recieve blood from any of the blood type since agglutination
reaction will not happen due to absence of antibodies. Although, it
can donate only to the AB+ type. Thus, your blood can be given to
your friend having AB+ blood type.
