                                                    = 0.15 X 10-9 X 106 g/l

                                                    = 0.15 X 10-3 g/l

                                                    = 150 g/l or 150 µg / µl

2. 30 X 10-9 g contains ------------ 200 X 10-6 l

     2 X 10-9 g contains --------------     X liter

X = (2 X 10-9 g X 200 X 10-6 l ) / 30 X 10-9 g

X= 400 X 10-6 / 30l

X= 400 X 10-6 / 30l

X = 13.33 µl required for PCR reaction
