The City of Charlotte is experiencing flooding. The City hasdetermined that it will activate the flood
gates when the average flood level reaches 2 feet. The floodcontrol system is activated and
resources are directed to flood control when the flood conditionis equal to or more than the 2 feet
standard the City has set. The City sampled 20 spots in theurban area between 7:00am and 8:00am.
